I'm a full-time Realtor at Howard Hanna serving Ann Arbor and Southeast Michigan. I studied finance at Western Michigan University and spent time in the skilled trades before getting into real estate, so I understand both the financial side of a transaction and what I'm actually looking at when I walk through a house.
I work with buyers and sellers across Washtenaw, Livingston, Oakland, and Wayne counties. My approach is straightforward: I tell you what things are worth, what the risks are, and what I'd do if it were my money. No pressure, no realtor-speak.

What that looks like in practice
When you're buying
Before we put an offer in, you'll know what the house is worth, what the inspection is likely to find, and whether the price makes sense. I pull comps before every showing. I have a background in the skilled trades, which means I walk through a property the same way an inspector would — reading the panel, the roof condition, the plumbing, the foundation — not just whether the kitchen was updated. You'll know what you're actually buying, and you'll know before you're locked in.
When you're selling
Pricing is the most important decision you'll make, and most agents get it wrong — either to win the listing or to play it safe. I'll bring you a full CMA showing exactly what comparable homes have sold for, where yours fits, and what a realistic price looks like given current conditions. Professional photography on every listing, full MLS syndication, and a negotiation strategy tailored to your situation. If the price needs to come down, I'll tell you before you've already lost your best window.
When you're investing
Cash flow, cap rate, true carrying cost, and tax estimates based on actual Michigan millage rates — I run the numbers with a finance background, not gut instinct. I also know what deferred maintenance costs to fix, which matters just as much as the spreadsheet. I'm not going to hand you a deal that looks good on paper and falls apart in year one.
